Thanks everyone! I had a standard day at work, then had to return some AR scope mounts and get right size (their mistake lol) and happened to get a text from Megan wishing a happy birthday. I mentioned I am in the area running errands, and I wanted to eat this halibut fresh caught by TexasBoy!
Eric encrusted it with pistachio, risotto and salad. Bomb!! Best meal I have had in a long time, and THE VERY BEST HALIBUT I HAVE EVER HAD!
Yeah, toss Megan's lemon bars on top of that...I had a fantastic birthday! Then come on here and see the birthday wishes from y'all, well, just icing on the cake. Thank you!
