I lost mine the other day...goes to show the importance of having things secured on the boat.
Anyway, if anyone has an extra they're willing to sell, please let me know.
Thanks,
Andrew

I guess it's n odd thing to have an extra of. Usually there's a kayak sitting under it!
Going to Amazon I guess...

I lost my small round screw-in hatch cover to my Prowler 15 because I forgot to put it back in before hitting the road.  I made a temporary replacement out of  an oversized plywood top with a same-size gasket of wetsuit material, drilled a hole in the middle of it, put a big long bolt through it, with the other end through a short piece of oak a couple inches wide, with a wing nut and washer on the top of it.  It worked while I waited for the replacement - I had to buy the whole ensemble, the socket and the cap, but at least the cap no longer screws in, but has a quick-release lever.  I might still have the temp cap in my garage if I can find it and you want it, but it'd probably be faster to make your own.
In the process of installing the new one, I learned the source of a small leak ( In the old one.  It was much worse with the new one.).  The new one leaked so bad it let enough water in to lower the lid below the water line where I sit, and then it filled up fast. After suspecting a hole somewhere else, using the light inside trick, I finally found it with the soapy water trick/reverse vac cleaner trick: Even though the new fitting had a rubber gasket and about 6 bolts holding it down, it still leaked.  I removed it, Gooped it, and replaced it, and the yak is dry as a bone now.
