changes in the RCG?

We were fishing SMC and kept hearing boaters chatting. The one that caught my attention was when someone ask if the black limit increases to 10 and blues remain 5. I tried searching wildlife.ca.gov cant find any in the supplemental. Can someone shed light?

Blacks reduced from 5 to 3
boccacio sublimit removed, limit goes from 3 to 10
canary increases from 0 to 1

Also lingcod going from 3 back to 2.
