July 9-10 FII Level 1 class!

Sup everyone! Got another Level 1 class coming up on July 9-10. If anyone is interested let me know! I'm also thinking of having a mid week class July 6-7 which is a Wednesday and Thursday if I get enough students. Dive safe everyone and Happy 4th of July!

Just took this class this past weekend with Kris Cortez and Matt Lopez at Red Triangle. Kris Cortez is an excellent instructor and he is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and very patient. His professionalism, patients and overall demeanor made this class very enjoyable.

They preach Safety!, Safety!, Safety! which is Muy Importante!

Customer service is also top notch and very consistent at Red Triangle. Have never been disappointed with any of my many purchases there. Thanks Matt for going above and beyond what most establishments would do for their customers.

I completely forgot about this. I have been really busy and it just slipped my mind. When is the next one Kris? Is there room for this weekend? Not sure if I can swing it now being so close.

Just bumped into this tread again. I took this class and must say it was worth every penny!  Kris is a great teacher and Matt from Red Triangle is a really nice guy too. Have been freediving ever since. Got totally hooked. If you are thinking about getting into freediving or spearfishing take this course you will not regret it and save yourself possibly years of time by being taught well from the start. Taking AIDA lev. 2 exam next week.

Thanks to Kris I learned how to dive and got my first abalone ever last weekend!

Thanks!!!  I was so excited when I got my first one I hooted and hollered as loud as I could when I got to the surface!  Only get to pull your first ab once I guess!!!

Now, to work on my bottom time.  The adrenaline combined with a physique trained by sitting at a desk all day was a poor match for freediving.  What happened to my 3:15 static breathhold...
