Wife seems be getting syphoned alive from mosquitos, I have a few nibbles on me.  How is everyone dealing with them?
We have a bug zapper lamp put up, bug spray, we have the citronella "Tiki" torches, (Granted there're not up all the time)
I've used the mosquito coils, it seems the only way to really deal with them is the swat method.  I know about standing water, we have none on our property, can't be so sure about neighbors though.

You're up in the redwoods, right?  Put up some bat boxes on your property!  It won't help for immediate relief, but there is something just cool about having bats around.

Have one up for 9+ years no bats.  Were not seeing them in my area lately.  We used to see them all the time.

Not sure where you have it now, but try moving it to a different location with different lighting.

Up at our cabin, I had one roosting under a folded up deck umbrella.  Freaked me out when I went to open it up.

Call me, I will take care of them.....
Live your life, the way you want to be remembered. Don't have any regrets, we only get this one dance to make it count. Start at your eulogy, and work backwards.
