Hello everyone,

I'm Bryan. I live in Sonoma County, been fishing since I was a kid, but just got back into it recently after a while since my Dad and I live far apart and I had no friends until recently that were interested in fishing.

I just bought a Predator 13 at Kayak City in Sacramento. I have only taken it out once so far, but I love it. I was hoping it would a little more stable to stand on, but I have only tried standing once and I think I just need to work on my balance and confidence and it shouldn't be an issue. I am 6'4 approx 275lb, so I am a little nervous to keep trying haha.

Anyways, very excited that I found this forum!

Tons of great spots on the Sonoma coast!  This is a fantastic forum to meet new kayak fishing folks as well find pretty much any and all info you could ever need about kayak fishing.  Use the search bar (upper right corner) to look anything up.

Thanks! I haven't fished in the ocean at all yet. Only lakes :) My friend I really want to go out on the delta.
