Are you sure it was Heiko?  Maybe, it was Hippo.  He's been there for years.  Hi's is great.

No, it was  Heiko.  He's a younger guy, and knows his stuff.  I usually wait to talk to Hippo, but he was having a rough day.  It's good to know that there's someone else who can help out when he's busy.
