I did not even follow the development of the new G2. When I saw Mark's posting with the pictures, I just know I have to get it . I found the NCKA page on it last night, and did not go to sleep until 1am until I finished reading all the 20 pages . A lot of NCKA connections in this yak, and perfect for the NCKA stickers I just got from Howard from the Islander trip.

Does anyone have some info on how to install transducer on this bad boy? I just ordered an extra Lowrance HDI transducer for my Elite 5 chirp together with a Hobie battery holder, hope they will fit.

    Easy,  fit the transducer wires up the tube.   use a small amount of "goop "  to hold it in place.   Seal the top of the trans tube with some silicone.
   Or bring it by my shop sometime.  I also offer rigging services. 

    I'm selling mine too...   Upgrading to a camo color.    This one was rigged with a Lowrance DSI   transducer is installed,  but the FF was sold.   

 Just used it Saturday down at Gaviota.. many sharks caught , no Halibut..
