Duck tacos

I used widgeon, but they all are great this way, and so easy! Season as you wish, sear hot and fast the whole breasts and leg quarters. Slice and top with what you like. I have to say, some roasted anaheims would launch these tacos into legendary status! #whyihunt

oooohhhh yeeeaaahhhh…duck tacos…If they area half as good as your goosecheesesteak sandwiches then its a winner.

Those were bomb!!! Cody agreed, those goose cheesesteaks were off the hook! Oh, the goose limit is raised to 30/day next season, so I will be cooking those at events next year for sure!!

When is goose season ?

Early honker is in September, and I HAVE THEM DIALED IN BABY!!!!!

I will need a couple more people on this hunt, at least two in kayaks, and then how ever many else on the shore in layout blinds in the decoys. Going to be awesome, and then fish the mountain lake afterward. Virtual cast and blast!
