For me it's a pb but I don't know if it's a decent fish as I don't really catch too much fish,it measures 17 1/2"
My biggest worry is that my wife(when I'm dead)will sell my fishing gear for what I said I paid for it

Grassies typically top out in the low 20-inch range, so yeah, you got a good one!  IMO one of the tastiest rockfish that swims...or in the case of a grassy, sits on the bottom in surprisingly shallow water  :smt003.

Yea looks like a few big ones were caught over the weekend, including a nice 18" one caught by finfan who i was fishing with at sws.  And i saw a post from the 831 tackle guys hauling a 21"
