Took the Hobie First Cast trip at HMB a few weeks ago and am hooked (not literally).  Any advise on choosing between Outback vs. Revolution if I plan to fish mostly in the Bay?

They will both suit your needs. People mostly upgrade from outback to Revo. I barely see people going from Revo to outback.
