Btw chinese ain't preferred just throwing it out there. Campo di bocce is an option but dont really need the activity just the venue n food

If you are open to Mexican food, try El Charro. They have a banquet room.

Uncle Yu's in Livermore is a great high end Chinese restaurant. Amazing wine list. Pastas on main street  in Pleasanton has a banquet room.

Enthusiastically seconded.

In P-town, on Main there's Lokanta: http://www.eatlokanta.com/
Large room in the back with self-contained full bar that'd be a great venue for this sort of thing. Excellent Mediterranean/ Turkish... seems like the wine list's pretty good, decent beer selection.
14' Necky Dolphin, fast and wiggly, no room for anything.
Old Mitchell reel junkie.
