Delta powerboat striper trip recommendation?

Hey guys, my father turns 91 this year and he wants to go striper fishing in the delta with my brother and i. He used to fish there back in the late forties/early fifties after he got out of the military.
I am trying to find someone in the delta area that could take us out in a boat at a discount rate. I could bring all the poles,tackle and provide lunch. I don't ever fish that area so i don't know much about it. Any help or recommendations are greatly appreciated.

What time frame are you looking to go? I will make a couple calls.
