Hello from Roseville!

I'm a new Kayak fisherman looking forward to getting some time on the water this summer.  I fished a few times from a 8' rec yak last year and after catching a few fish I caught the bug.  Just picked up a 13' Feelfree Moken for this summer and plan to hit the Delta and some high country lakes.

Welcome. Just up the road in Loomis. I fish Folsom quite a bit and the lakes up the hill. I also hit the salt when I can.

Thanks for the replies.  I'm working on getting out this Saturday to one of the high lakes in the area, but I need to pick up a fishfinder.  I'll be trolling prior posts for recommendations.  I  want to try to saltwater this summer as well.  Good luck to everyone.
