beautiful body of water

What's the body of water on hwy 17 coming out of Los Gatos toward Santa Cruz? I pass it going to get my daughter at UCSanta Cruz and never see anybody on it fishing. It looks like there's access off Bear Creek Road(?), but I'd like to look it up online.

It's open and the cost to launch is $9 (launch plus inspection). If you park in the lot, it's another 5 or 6 (I think), but there's always free roadside parking. Not too mny boats recently, even on weekends.
