The weather looks good for a dab and crab attempt on Saturday.  I was thinking of MBK at about 7:+/-.  I might wait till Sunday but the weather looks better for Saturday so I may try hit the FHS at the Cow Palace Sunday to meet up with NCKA but the 2 hour drive each way is discouraging me.  I sure would like to get in on the raffle though.

Last time out of Monterey for crabs we were skunked but this time I have an extra 100-ft of line for each trap so I will try to soak them out deeper (150 -180 ft) while I fish for dabs.  I need to be home by 3:00 or so for my kids basketball game.  Company welcome.

The weather is supposed to be sunny tomorrow and the swell pretty small, so you should have great paddling conditions.Hope you do better than we did at Moss.

I'll have to redeem myself by catching a bunch of dabs sometime soon.

Have fun.  :smt006

Thanks guys.  I was thinking maybe Moss but decided not to because of your story from last time.

I would be there in a heartbeat, but have prior arrangements.  Good luck!  I will be out there for some dabbin' very soon.
