Having worked at OPS ..yes will-call orders would be taken over the phone..however it was expected that the items would be picked  in timely  basis ..not sitting for a week ..that's product that could've moved ..anyway give it a shot ..I know I was always glad to take orders ...and most of the guys are OK with it ..
