Hit the launch around 8:30 lots of boats already on the water.
From the launch started trolling up the right side of the lake hitting all of the inlets and coves.

Head all the way back into Carson creek (i think that's what its called) and spot some bass on beds. Threw a couple of jigs at them but they weren't having it. Start trolling back to the main body and about halfway my rod gets hit. land a nice little planter.

Trolled all the way up into rock creek and onto the other side of the lake. Got hit again as we were making our way towards the spillway and landed another nice planter.

Finished our troll by the spillway and in front of the dam for nothing else.

Totaled only two for the day between the two of us. everyone we talked to said we were doing better than most. we did see two landed by the dam as we went by but didn't see any others caught.

All in all, could not have asked for a better day on the water the weather was almost perfect aside from a little wind. water temps ranged between 62 - 68 according to my buddies fish finder. saw lots of bass on beds. Caught both fish trolling a power grub in about 20 feet of water.

Nice day on the lake! Looks full to the brim! Be nice just for the paddle, couple tugs are the bonus!

I used to slay fish at this lake. Ever since the old man died it has gone downhill😞 But it sure is pretty there.
