Due to the persistent rain, I stayed inside for much of the day, which inspired me to do something fishy.

I decided to make fish and shrimp tacos, salsa, and guacamole. Now I sit sipping a Sierra Nevada with a full belly watching Nascar.

That sounds good, My wife found these Sonora style Corn Tortillas made by Abuelita's Tortillas at G&G. They are really good we have been having Striper Tacos every Wednsday they get better everytime Yum  :cook
