MFF on MLK Day

OK guess I'm taking over the reins, I have a lot of crazy ideas and I want yours too. Thanks Chris for getting the ball rolling you have a great heart and this is a super cause.  I am not going to be happy until I get a majority of the membership involved. If you don't want to participate and you have an idea that would make you please PM me so I can make it happen. I plan on  having  prizes for the winners( yes even you Terry) and since Steve's other passion is food I plan on cooking a gourmet meal for the winners at Beno@Mendo III I'm sure Chris will provide the beer and Chuck better deep fry.. 

Since I get to make the rules and I will be fishing for steelhead  that weekend if the weather cooperates. I will allow steelhead, if the trout only option is chosen there will be a 10" penalty for fish caught in systems that allow salt access. If the all fish option wins Sea Run fish will score 5.5 points per inch. If the River levels are good I will put a drift together if not I will be fishing Lake Sonoma with Berryesa as a back up.






Below is the point system scale.

Trout = 7 pts
Steelhead =5.5pts.   
Smallmouth = 10 pts   
Largemouth = 8 pts   
Sturgeon = 2.5 pts   
Striper = 5 pts
Salmon= 5pts
Panfish= 12pts
Ocean perch =11pts

Im up for the drift, if the river permits, otherwise Sonoma or Blue Lakes to troll for trout and cast for bass.

IN! and it's ALL GOOD to me.......i'm gonna scrap pilings/barnacles in the clean bay waters for BIG-POINT PERCH!!
