Anyone ever camp at tomales bay?
I heard there's a beach that's a kayak only camping site?
Any info is appreciated thanks!

Many of the beaches on the west side are only accessible by boat (doubt any are restricted to kayaks).

You need to get a permits...Google it.

Yup, you can camp on any of the west-side beaches North of Indian Beach and South of the Elk Preserve. Like Tsuri mentioned, you'll need camping and fire permits that you can get in Olema.

Also, when researching beaches, make sure to get a beach with a toilet, otherwise you MUST bring you're own, and pack out all waste. It took me a bit of research to find that part, and they do check! Just a heads up
