I curious to know if the clear tube filled with live baitfish will attract bigger fish to the boat.  That could be a good and bad thing... if ya know what I mean.

I had considered making a 3 inch, clear bait tube for anchovies (since you really don't need a bait tube to keep golden shiners alive for freshwater fishing).  But after being harrased by a seal in Monteray Bay with a few fish on my stringer, I decided that a tube full of shiny bait fish might not be such a good idea.  I settled on making the typical black tube with a clear door for seeing what's inside.

Also, it doesnt realy float without a piece of backer rod (Skinny noodle) in it.
