Good luck out there larry, it was a pleasure fishing with you the past rookie year. Thanks for always having my back otw. Hope life (and the fish) treat you well out there.

Crab opened. If you haven't gone, lets do one last trip. That is, if conditions permit.

peace Larry --come back and visit!!!
We are what we pretend to be, so we must be careful about what we pretend to be.

People aren’t supposed to look back. I’m certainly not going to do it anymore.”

Thanks all. This is a good move for my family.. Things are looking on the upside.

VK, I believe you will have to file tax on both state only if you work in the particular state. BTW WA has no state income tax. I did take a large paycut, but everything cost less where I am moving to. ie homes are over 2k square foot, and cost under 200k. I am fortunate to land a job before the move, and already got preapproved for a home loan. Our Realtor showed us what we can afford in out last visit in November. Its an exciting time for us. I realized I can never own a home in the bay area; its a great place to live, but everyone else seem to think so. Gentrification at its best.  :smt006
