I know I know this isn't a kayak item!   :smt044

I got into vaping last year in attempt to quit smoking cigarettes...thanks to Mike (Sonoramike)!  In the beginning, I got all excited and bought more than what I needed so I have this extra setup in case anyone is looking into quitting or just needs another setup.  Everything is brand new in the package and sealed.  Only the battery isn't sealed, but it is brand new.

I paid about $80 for everything, asking price is $50.  Everything below is included.

1) SMPL mod - Stainless steel
2) The Troll RDA - Stainless steel
3) Samsung INR 18650-25R battery
4) Battery charger

I'm curious about how the vaping is going.  Have you actually quit smoking?  What % of nicotine if any are you vaping with. What brand did you smoke before vaping.

I haven't quit completely, but almost there.  I'll give in and have a rare smoke once every couple months when the vape doesn't cut it when having a drink.  But, I'm happy to say that I've had probably less than 10 cigs in the past year which is a huge huge improvement in my book.   I started at 6mg but now I'm down to 3mg.   I use to smoke Marlboro menthol lights.

congrats to you! that is a significant reduction in the amount of tar your body took in.  keep it up!  i haven't had a smoke since june 30 2014 since i started vaping.  i recently went down to 0% 2 months ago.  The only problems i have are the dreams of going back to smoking.  literally i have those dreams of bumming one off of someone and starting back up.  kills me every time i think about it.  i don't think the craving will ever go away

I started to diy early last year so I could make my own nic lvls. I made a batch of zero for shits and giggles. Turned out it wasn't bad and I didn't even notice since the flavor and inhale was still the same. Then at the mbk event last year I broke my VAPE as I was rigging up. That day I realized I didn't need it at all so I stopped taking it when I would leave the house to go anywhere even work. After a few weeks of that I would hit it once in awhile when out with friends but even that didn't last long.
I still crave a cigarette on occasion but most of the time I don't even think of it anymore.

If anyone is looking to give up the cigs. This is the way to go. Even if you just switch to vaping it's way better for you,and when you are ready to give up the vaping it's way easier.
