Made it up to blue lakes earlier and had a great day on the water + took home a limit of nice rainbows. Best fish hooked up near the narrows trolling a little shad rapala.
Weather started with a little drizzle but mostly cleared by the afternoon, and by the time I was packing out the whole lake was glassy.
Wish I had brought a camera to share some pics, maybe next time.

I've always wondered about fishing there. Thanks for the report. Do you just launch along the side of 20?

Most of the shore along 20 is very steep. There is one pullout on the eastern edge of the lake that looks manageable with a friend to assist.
I took the advice from a local and launched out of pine acres. Had to pay a $8 day use fee.  :smt011

Learn something new every day.  Driving by there it always struck me as a bass lake.
