black friday... kayaks?

Does any one know if there are typically deals on kayaks around the holidays (e.g. black friday)?  As much as I hate that consumer holiday, it can make for great deals on big ticket items...

If you buy from one of the local companies they all offer NCKA discounts year round.

Generally not a "hot" black friday deal since most of the quality kayaks are found at small dealers rather than the big box retailers that host black friday deals.  Check with your local shops ahead of time & ask if they are doing any BF specials.  Most of them have model year end closeouts that will save you some $$$

What size? 140 MSRP is 1669 minus 10% at all the shops that support us here. 155 is 1769. This includes rudder. Ask CCK in bay area to match or beat it. Adventure I'm sure will do it in Sac, but you would have to drive. That will support those who support us.
