Hello all,
I thought that I would try here first before ordering on ebay.  I am looking for some trampolines for my 2010 adventure island.  i have seen the ones at 400$ from Hobie but the ones for 199$ don't look too different.  Has anyone had any issues with the cheaper ones?  If anyone has a pair that they want to get rid of I would be interested.

I was going to buy the eBay ones but found a pair of the Hobie ones & they do work well.

i was told that the Hobie ones sag a bit.  Can you tell the difference in yours?

I (200#+) can lay on mine with no issues.  Butt might touch the water.  I believe they have adjustable straps.  I'd have to go look since I haven't had it out this year.

I have the ebay ones. No issues at all. I had one of the metal buckles break but they sent a repl free right away.

They are just tad more narrow. I like to be able to slide them outbound if I think I need to paddle. And they are not mesh a coated nylon type material. So water doesn't splash through and can pool on top. Not really a plus or minus in my book just a difference. Overall I am pleased with them and would save the $200 plus over the hobie ones.

I own the Hobie Factory tramps, yes they cost more but I think the quality is much better.  Water can splash up through the mesh and keeps your catch fresh.  It is also larger and covers more area for putting gear.  Good for windflow if you are sailing.
I started with the ebay tramps ($199 ones) and eventually sold them for the Hobie tramps.

This is new and worth checking out and looks like very similar to Hobies: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Hobie-Adventure-island-Kayak-Trampoline-Black-Expedition-Series-w-Buckle-2014-/221958847287?hash=item33adc73b37:g:ZKIAAOSwwE5WYMWz
