  No one size fits all solutions, but some new angles that seem to work for some folks.
Once you get to this site, then you need pages 86-89 of the December, 2015 issue.  The article also cites, in the last sentence, an article in a past issue of the magazine.

 Latitude 38 is a Bay Area based sailing (cruising and racing around the world) magazine that is distributed free in many marine-based businesses, including the Harbormaster's Office at the Santa Cruz Harbor.  The online version is known at 'Lectronic Latitude 38.

 I used to get it every time... didn't matter what I took.    Finally discovered Bonine works for me.  This allowed me to freedom to chase my dream of sailing the CA coast... eventually weened from using the Bonine, now  it's gone for good.    Don't know why,, but I sure can sympathize when I see someone suffer.
Sometimes the fish isn't the only prize.

cool, didn't know they had a online version.  i used to read it back in my sailing days.
