Trout fishing at Lake Amador today.

Launch at 0617, 51* F, Water temps 55* F

Caught and released 5 total, all beginning around 1045. Spinning rod with blue and silver KastMaster was the winner today. Another fisherman in a boat was killing it with chartreuse power bait.

Nice!! I haven't been to lake Amador since the night Mike Tyson decided to snack on Evander Holyfields ear... One of those moments that I'll never forget where I was.

The bite was not strong, when we were fishing, but Mikes bite was!

My biggest worry is that my wife(when I'm dead)will sell my fishing gear for what I said I paid for it

If I remember, it was $18
Live your life, the way you want to be remembered. Don't have any regrets, we only get this one dance to make it count. Start at your eulogy, and work backwards.

Yea it was $19... kinda bummed on that one. But the fishing made up for it a little. Day use, and fishing was $16 and then $3 for a kayak. $5 if you have a boat.
