Customizing a livewell for my moken 12.5 and wondering if a windshield washer pump will do the trick for re circulation and aeration. Any advice on this?

My first thoughts were, it might not have enough volume, but I have little experience using a bait tank. (What bait tank I have used, I toss in the water)  I guess if it squirts enough to agitate the water, it may work.  I'm sure others will chime in soon! Also, what bait you plan to keep may help decide as well, I know from reading many posts sardines are finicky to keep alive in tanks.
  Good luck!

use a small bait or bilge pump and run it on a 6volt to slow the flow down. Lots of articles on this look up these styles pump dragger (the easiest), scupper hole a little more work(you need a check valve).

No, you need a pump that can move a lot of water to keep delicate bait alive. I would use a bilge pump running at 6V.

Thanks for all the advice guys.  I think I'll go with the bilge pump on 6v. Pretty reasonable price
