I was wheeling my kayak up the road as I was leaving Liberty Island today. This guy was right in the middle of the road in a very aggressive stance. I think he wanted a piece of me. Which ever way I went to go around him he turned to follow. Lucky for me he didn't have a knife! I wonder if he is Russian.   :smt044
