Fishing partner or group to go with.

I went out for the first time a few months ago on a coworkers yak at carmel beach and paddled across just inside pescadero point. Fishing there in the kelp was awesome!
I was dumped going out, and coming back in!
Fell in love with yak fishing right there and then. Bought a used rental ocean kayak scrambler xt and began acquiring the gear I would need, watching video's,
and putting my yak together. Been out a few times and loved it!
I would like to find a regular partner, or group to go out with. I seem to want to go out every weekend and have Saturday, sunday, and Monday off every week.
Being that I am a newbie, or even when I have more experience, having a fishing buddy to go out with, especially when things go wrong seems to be the best.
Looking forward to making some new friends.

Just post up when your going to go and someone is bound to join you. Welcome to the group. Bunch of great guys on this board!!  You do any freshwater fishing?  We have some fun friendly tournaments that turn into some killer parties.

I have always loved bass or trout fishing. I live 8 miles from the beach.
Most of the fresh water fishing is 2 to 4 hours away from me.
Certainly open to trying new places and meeting new people to go with though!

I would like to head out of Stillwater cove right next to the pier at the end of Cypress at 7am Saturday, 10/24/15. It's through the Pebble beach golf course, pay $10.00 to go on 17 mile drive, nothing to get into pebble beach.
Park next to the pier, unload, drive up to the parking lot back section where there is a trail to get back down to the pier along the golf course.
Should I post this in "Hook ups"??
