My favorite way to make rock fish, other than tacos! Easy recipe, lots of variety, change it up! Easy cleanup and great to get the kids involved with too!

Yum!

I have an almost similar recipe except I steam it and finish off with temperature hot chili oil.

My wife has a very similar recipe, but includes tomatoes (and sometimes dill). It works well with a modest-sized whole rockfish too---just be sure to score the meat on each side so it'll cook evenly.
I don't like stuff that sucks.

I was thinking about doing a small rock fish whole. Problem is, I don't catch little ones! Maybe racinrob will save me one of his rock fish  :smt044
