Looks like you kept it in good condition.  I have been looking for a small trailer I can take on solo trips without the wife.  My fifth wheel is 38' and is hard on corners over on coast.  And hard to park in some of the smaller campgrounds and state parks.  Still not sure I want a pop up but will keep this in mind.

Still have the tent cot for solo trips. Gonna do Yellowstone this summer.
