Holy crap!

Earlier this year, I cut my downrigger line when a whale brushed against it, about 4' below my kayak. That was also at ML...
I don't like stuff that sucks.

The kayakers weren't real smart.

We were salmon fishing out of craig alaska a couple of years back and got the rare experience of viewing close up a pod of humpbacks bubble net feeding.  Definitely wouldn't want to be in a kayak in the middle of that!
