After a kayak fishing trip in the delta, I noticed I had a big scrape/gash almost a hole in the bottom of my kayak. I don't remember going over any rocks or anything so I think it could be from my buddies trailer. Anyways how can I patch this up? I will attach a picture.

With a heat gun and a table knife you can tool that flat again.

Try a soldering iron and swirl the plastic back smooth.

I'll fix it for you if you want to drive to Petaluma this weekend. Pm me if interested. About an hour from you with no traffic.
