I fished Miner Slough today.  I launched out of Arrowhead at 7 AM and fished about 2 miles of Miner.  The bass were plentiful but small.  In the first 5 minutes I caught 5 bass.  They really liked the perch Whopper Flopper.  I ended the day with 35 to the boat ranging from 9 to 13 ½ inches.  The wind came up around 10 and finally drove me out around noon.  A few photos…

The average fish today.

The "lunker" of the day.

The weapon of choice today.

Great report. Glad you had fun. Be careful not to damage the jaws of those bass with the lip grips. Bass have fragile mouths and when damaged, die from being unable to feed. It might be easier to lip them with your hands.  :smt001
