For those of you that have this drysuit, did you guys go for exact fit or size up? 

Chest and height wise, I'm a small.  Weight wise, I'm a medium.   

Any input is appreciated.

trust me i can wear a big ass jacket inside my medium + i wear jeans in it too

I think the best way is to go to a store and see which fits you best. Do some imaginary paddling/peddling/peeing/whatever and see for yourself. I was lucky enough that the Kokatat rep was at Claveys when I bought my drysuit there. He really pointed me in the right direction.
