Looks overly complicated and the design looks weird.  Maybe version 2.0 will be better

Hummm... Needs to be tethered to keep from spinning in the rod holder?  Well, I think I like the looks of it, not the price though.  I think I'll end up making one like the last Yakass video someone posted with the sort of V shaped PVC rod holders.  Solid and much cheaper than 100$
