As most may know, Chattich offered a free Humminbird 170 a week or so ago. Well I was the lucky recipient and am truly grateful. The unit did not have the base mounting plate so I improvised and made this setup. Seems pretty stout to me. Also made an aluminum mount to install the transducer at the stern. Thanks again Chris, I'm having fun with it already.
