Come on Allen, you know a couple of these hanging on spare fishing rods around you would have made your day a lot more pleasant.

Soap and hot water keeps the flies off.....#takeabath  :smt044

Showers just cut into fishing time :smt002

There was a simple solution. Every time we caught a fish and my hands were slimmed I made sure to wipe them on PolePole...

Haha that's probably exactly how I look out there   :smt044

Trinidad is getting pretty bad. Cover up and get in that meditated state. Or maybe medicated state, depending..... :smt001

Wind and catching lots of fish helps, but I can only take it so long.

Yes the fish definitely help take your mind off things. If I hadn't of been sitting on top of a nice school of blacks I would have been out of there much sooner. The meditated state doesn't work so well for me maybe the medicated state will  :smt044

As far as staying away from flat iron goes I was even covered in flies right in front of the head but there was also almost no wind that day too

Here's a little trick someone once taught me. If a pesky kelp fly lands on you blow on him. This will instinctively make him grab onto  you more firmly. That is when you swat em dead. Works 100% of the time  :smt001

Tell em Antonio sent yeah  :smt075

Now as far as being covered with them your SOL.....go fish elsewhere or crack open a beer on the beach.  :beer3
