Hkup Lake Mendo sun 9/6

Last minute but I plan on hitting lake Mendocino tomorrow morning. Both boat launches are closed, so it is a beach launch only. Hopefully this will keep the crowds down on the long weekend! The bite is reportedly decent for bass, panfish, and cats. I'll be at Starbucks at the central Windsor exit at 515, then the south boat launch at 615.

The plan is to watch for any stripers busting bait at the crack of dawn, then work plastics for bass.
