Here are two simple fish taco recipes we use all the time. I also included my sour cream/cilantro fish taco sauce recipe. Super easy and fun to do with the kids, no real Kayakjack skillz required!

It is the BOMB! Years ago, we used to go to Ensinada when I was in college every year. I would go fishing, the guys would sometimes too, but it was all about parties. That was the first time I had fish tacos, and this sauce made them. I asked for the recipe, and the guy at the restaurant wouldn't give up the goods. He was afraid of me going into competition lol. I paid him a hundred bucks if I recall, and he made the sauce and I took mental notes. He did not have a recipe per se, so I watched as he made it.
Like in the article, I use it for salad dressing too from time to time, just add more olive oil. This sauce is very good over sliced tomatoes too.

Sounds great! I will have to try it out for sure. This is the recipe I have been using most recently. The blackening rub also works great on pork and chicken
