Santa Barbara Island - Ethan Freediving

Took a spearfishing charter down south with my son Ethan.  Had a blast, even though I skunked.  Spent time helping my son freedive.  Enjoy~

Sweet, nothing better than spending quality time with your kid and teach them the ropes about diving. You better watch out, Ethan will be an outstanding spearo.

Keep the vids coming.....going to have to breakdown and buy a GoPro soon.

The shells that I were picking were wavy turban snails.  After you boil, you take them out and remove the guts, the texture is similar to baby abalone.

Looks like you guys had a blast!  I bet your kids will remember this one for a lifetime. Dinner looks good too!
