Cause you don't have a cell phone.....

Navionics app, seen it as low as a $5 promotional download but I think I paid $15.

Detail charts. Mpas are boxed out with red lines .  GPS works without cell signal so you have s backup if your primary goes out.

Put your crosshairs in the area you want to fish and click the question mark.  All the data for the area pops up.

Click on the red boxes for mpa info.

Technology ain't all bad :)

that website looks suspiciously like a government website.  I'm afraid they will know my identity and all that stuff.

Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

A Steelhead always knows where he is going, but a Man seldom does.

I still have my I-phone BECAUSE I haven't taken it out on my yak!  (I take a throw-away flip phone, which I will never lose.)
This is low-tech, I know, but I just make a "route" on my GPS of the corners of the reserves as waypoints, then when I'm near one, I call up the route and I can see myself in relation to black lines connecting the waypoints.
