Newbie kayaker, newbie owner of an Outback from San Jose, CA

I'm based out of San Jose so Monterey, SC, HMB are well within range and just about the same travel time.
The kayak is rigged and all my safety gear arrived while I was in Denver so I'm pretty much ready to roll. Last thing I needed was my radio which came in yesterday.
I'm open Saturday morning and pretty much all day Sunday I think. So either day is good for me.
Hell, I may even go both days..
Just let me know when/where and Ill be there.

I heard Salmon are heading up the gate but I haven't fished for Salmon in years. Probably need to brush up on tactics if thats a target. For me, just getting out on the water is enough. I wouldn't mind some fish on deck either!

Welcome!  It was nice meeting you  earlier today while I was washing the yak.  We should hookup on the water soon since we are neighbors, lol.
