Any tips for finding butts if any in monterey/delmonte area ? rigs, bait, lure? should I use a spreader and a dodger? Do they like gel scents?
Give a man a fish, he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish, he'll sit all day with a rod in his hand and no fish.

That's pacific halibut.

California halibut, the ones we get down here, are open.
