Hey! My driftboat is ready and willing. If any of you guys want to go, I'm game. I've never done the Russian but I've got the Smith, the Eel, the American, and a couple of oregon streams under my belt. The weather is clear till wednsday? The river should be decent? What do you say Mickfish? Scawfish? How's she lookin'?
With me rowing I've got two seats in front of me. Otherwise I'll be on the S. fork Eel.
Fish on!

If you don't know where you're headed, any road could get you there.

Juan I fished today its low but muddy I hooked and lost 1, saw a couple of fish taken below Healdsburg. It was turning green towards the end of the day.
The bulk of the fish are blowing past dry creek and heading toward Casa Blanca. I have a busy week but I am on Vacation the week between Xmas and NY and could go any day. I have a key for the launch at Healdsburg, and a cabin in Healdsburg where we can crash. I also have a flatbed trailer that might make the shuttle a little less time consuming.
Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

A Steelhead always knows where he is going, but a Man seldom does.
