I repurposed a Nordicflex weight lifting machine. It worked out perfect. A few cuts a couple welds and here it is

Steep grade haha. My pics are always tweaked they look fine on the phone but once I load it the are 90 degrees out. How much foam do you all think is necessary I was gonna wrap it with pipe insulation or an old camping pad. I left it about a 1/2 inch below level for this purpose.

Next project is a cart.

Looks good but don't forget to add a red or orange flag 12in sq. min. if it overhangs 4 ft. or more and lights if it is dark. Don't need and tickets.

So is it 4ft past the tailgate,  or 4ft past the rack? Lights are coming.  And I always have a flag. I painted the rack "don't hit me red" :smt003
