Here's the tool I used to deburr my bait tube. And here's how it works. 1st you align the cutting edge parallel to the shaft of the tool.
2nd insert thru the hole. 3rd press the silver button on the end. That makes the cutting edge perpendicular to the shaft. 4th is to twist the tool around till the burr is gone. press the button again the cutting edge is parallel again then remove it. Move on the the next hole. Simple.
